Be Honest - We always need to do the right thing even if no one is looking. 4. Help Out - We serve our customers and the communities we live in. It will not be uncommon for us to supply lunch for customers or hold a fundraiser to raise money for a good cause. This is also very much a team work environment, helping each other is expected and will be a natural thing to do for the right candidate. 5. Make Money! - We gotta make money! At the end of the day, this business is for profit and the right candidate will typically earn more than 10% above the average pay for our industry.
